Terms and Conditions for The Sacred Threshold Workshop

Effective Date: September 2, 2025

The Sacred Threshold Workshop (“Workshop”) is provided by Keri-Lee Larmand Consulting (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing and participating in this Workshop, you (“Client” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), all applicable laws, and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you are prohibited from purchasing or participating. The materials provided in this Workshop are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

1. Workshop Access

1.1 Upon purchasing The Sacred Threshold Workshop, you will receive access to the live online session via Zoom, along with accompanying materials provided through the Her Uprise Portal.

1.2 Workshop replays and related resources (including but not limited to workbooks and guides) will be available through the Her Uprise Portal for the foreseeable future. While it is our full intention to provide long-term access, we cannot guarantee indefinite or permanent availability.

1.3 Access credentials to the Her Uprise Portal are personal to you and must not be shared with others.

2. Intellectual Property

2.1 All materials provided in the Workshop, including recordings, workbooks, and guides, are the intellectual property of Keri-Lee Larmand Consulting.

2.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Workshop materials for personal use only.

2.3 Duplication, redistribution, public display, resale, or sharing of the Workshop materials (including login credentials) is strictly prohibited.

2.4 All rights are reserved by Keri-Lee Larmand Consulting.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 All Workshop fees must be paid in full at the time of registration.

3.2 All purchases are final and non-refundable.

4. Recordings and Privacy

4.1 The teaching portion of the Workshop will be recorded and made available to participants via the Her Uprise Portal.

4.2 The sharing and Q&A portion of the Workshop will not be recorded, to preserve participant confidentiality.

4.3 By attending, you acknowledge that you may be visible during the teaching portion if your camera is enabled, and you consent to this limited recording.

5. Hypnosis and Safety Disclaimer

5.1 The Workshop may include guided hypnosis, meditation, and other experiential practices. These practices are intended for relaxation, educational, and personal development purposes only. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.

5.2 You must not participate in hypnosis sessions while driving, operating machinery, or engaging in any activity that requires your full attention.

5.3 You are responsible for ensuring you are in a safe, distraction-free environment when participating in hypnosis or meditative practices.

5.4 If you have a history of epilepsy, severe mental health conditions, or other medical concerns, you should consult a healthcare professional before participating.

5.5 By attending, you release Keri-Lee Larmand Consulting from any liability for injury, loss, or damages that may arise from your participation in hypnosis, meditation, or other Workshop activities.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keri-Lee Larmand Consulting shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the Workshop or use of Workshop materials.

7. Conduct

7.1 This Workshop is intended to be a respectful and safe community environment.

7.2 We reserve the right to remove any participant engaging in disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior without refund.

8. Governing Law

8.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

8.2 Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

9. Termination of Access

9.1 We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Workshop or the Her Uprise Portal if we suspect misuse of the materials, breach of these Terms, or unlawful activity.

10. Updates to Terms

10.1 We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be made available, and your continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
