Terms and Conditions for The Motherhood Uprise Course

The Motherhood Uprise is a course provided by Keri-Lee Larmand Consulting (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this course, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this course are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. When referring to “the course” within these Terms, it specifically means Human Design for Moms. By purchasing and accessing this course, you agree to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you (“Client” or “you”) and Keri-Lee Larmand Consulting.

1. Digital Course Access

Upon purchasing The Motherhood Uprise, you will receive access to all course materials, including videos, workbooks, and related resources, through a secure online portal. This is a digital, online course, and no in-person sessions are included.

Access credentials are personal to you and must not be shared with others.

All Q&A sessions will be conducted in an online group setting and recorded for replay, which will be accessible to all course participants.

Upon purchasing The Motherhood Uprise, you will receive access to all course materials, including videos, workbooks, and related resources, through a secure online portal. Access credentials are personal to you and must not be shared with others.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the School’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials;
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the School’s website;
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Keri-Lee Larmand Consulting at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

3. Intellectual Property

All content provided in The Motherhood Uprise, including but not limited to text, videos, graphics, and downloadable materials, is the intellectual property of Keri-Lee Larmand Consulting. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your personal use only. Duplication, redistribution, or sharing of the course materials, including providing login credentials to others, is strictly prohibited. All rights are reserved by Keri-Lee Larmand Consulting.

4. Payment Terms

All course fees must be paid in full at the time of registration.

5. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the course and immediate access to course materials upon purchase, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. By purchasing The Motherhood Uprise, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

6. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing in the course’s online portal may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. The course does not warrant that any of the materials in its online portal are accurate, complete, or current. The course may make changes to the materials contained in the portal at any time without notice. The course does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

9. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the course if we suspect misuse of the materials, breach of these Terms, or any unlawful activity.

10. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website, and your continued use of the course constitutes acceptance of any changes.
